In 1987, an experienced mold maker and his apprentices set-up as a small mold shop, that was where M&P Manufacturing comes from, now M&P has become a well-organized company, employing more than 300 technically experienced workers, processing 10,000 square meter (107,639 square feet) state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Huizhou, China, 2 hour drive from Hong Kong. We own the most advanced equipment and employ the best engineers, dedicated to supply the best quality molds and parts at competitive prices. 1a) Milestone 1987, an experienced mold maker named Hu Hongjun and his apprentices set-up a small mold shop, began to build molds for the local customers; 1992, Expanding the tool room capacity by double; 1995, to peruse the higher quality and precision molds, the mold shop firstly imported the advanced CNC machines and EDM machines for mold making; 1997, Sales growth doubled and moved into a bigger factory in Longgang, Shenzhen. 2000, the mold shop began to build the molds for oversea customers; 2005, The mold shop was incorporated with new investors, M&P Manufacturing Limited was registered in Hong Kong to handle all the export business; Sales growth doubled. 2006, ISO9001:2000 certificated; Invest 7 injection machines and expanded to plastic molding business; 2007, M&P expanded to high precision metal machining; Invest 3D coordinate measurement device(CMM) 2008, M&P began to built molds for automotive industries and obtained a big success because of the high quality. 2012, M&P moved into bigger factory in Huizhou, China, which cover 10,000sqm; 2012, ISO9001:2008 certified by TUV; Invest 800,000USD for the new machines, including the high speed CNC machines, Precision EDM-Wire-cut and precision surface grinding machine etc. 1b)Our Customer Our molds and parts have been exported to North America, Europe , Australia etc., serving industries of automotive, electronics, medical, gaming accessories and so on; Our customers are not only huge companies like NISSAN, NIFCO etc. but also medium or small companies to which we have established a good partnership for many years. 2.Our Service 2a) Mold Making The molds we build range from prototype molds to high quality and precision production molds with 1 million shots guaranteed.
